Even though I am seeking a private bedroom/bath with free room and board included...this is definitely not a one-sided request and opportunity. two basic principles in the offer;           1) I, Spiritual Master Saneiv, the only true enlightened spiritual master in the world, will exchange this new living environment(roommate scenario) for on-going spiritual instruction directly from Master. My instruction is priceless, not worthless. 

2)Even if my contribution to the living arrangement (spiritual instruction), was not incredibly valuable, it would still have extensive tax-benefits. 

          (and no, you don't need to have big boobs)

Just so you know upfront (and you will see additional details on the "about" page ); Any offer/opportunity/dynamic/connection to you, must be 100% legal and ethically legitimate...starting with every person must be an ADULT 18+...

I also want to add that I will also include offers overseas. I was born and raised in the Newport Beach, California area, and I have been residing in Arizona for 22 years. It's been awhile, but I have lived and worked overseas. Living overseas obviously depends on the country and the financial/living arrangement (standard of living), if an area is a current "hot spot", then I will (most likely) pass on any offer.

 The only reason that I am still not living in a very nice home (the first two images below)is Divorce. 

I am still very grateful that I own a single-wide mobile home in a 55+, gated mobile home park. I live alone, so it is usually large enough for one person (and a possible roommate moving in is negotiable ?)...

but, generally speaking, I need to find a new, very peaceful living arrangement. 

I know that I will repeat it over and over...but this is not a "sex for rent" arrangement, and my definition of sex, is anything "vanilla"
